Through it’s new wireless internet service, the popular cable operator Comcast has reciently said that it plans on bringing TV series to SmartPhones. Comcast intends to offer more mobile services for their customers, this being one of many they have in the works.

As a part of a joint venture along with Sprint and Clearwire, Comcast has begun introducing it’s mobile service over WiMax technology. Comcast is aware that consumers are expecting to be able to watch videos on their phones, and are trying to cater to this crowd by collaborating with cable companies to let their customers watch TV online with no additional costs.

Comcast is a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based company that offers cable TV, broadband internet, telephone services to both residential and commercial customers. They were founded in 1963 and are currently the largest cable operator in the United States.
